The delivery time of our products takes between 4-7 working days. There may be delays outside of Germany, as the packages have to be handed over to the local post office. Delays may also occur for orders of 4 or more items, as production takes a little longer.
After you have received the package, you have 14 days to write us an official email about a cancellation. It is very important that the cancellation period begins when you or your family members or neighbors have accepted the package. Please send us an email to info@umai-me.de
All of our products are made by our manufacturer in a sustainable way in Bangladesh. You can see this on our labels, because there is a note "Proudly made in Bangladesh". The products are made of 100% organic cotton. In addition, our manufacturer has been awarded all eco-certificates.
